The Turkey River Recreational Corridor Board of Directors meets the first Tuesday of each month in one of the member communities. All meetings are open to the public.

The Board is made up of 10 members who represent Fayette County Supervisors, Clayton County Supervisors, Clermont City Council, Elgin City Council, Elkader City Council, Fayette County Conservation, Clayton County Conservation, an at-large Fayette County representative, an at-large Clayton County representative, and a representative of the Motor Mill Historic Site.
